Dr Chandrika Subramaniyan is a dedicated community leader, lawyer, advocate, writer, speaker, academic, and mediator based in Sydney.

Her work centers on empowering individuals and fostering positive change through informed leadership and advocacy.

Dr Chandrika Subramaniyan, well known solicitor and mediator in the community. Her knowledge and skills in various areas have  given the opportunity to train and teach law, leadership, IT and community, management in TAFE and Universities in Sri Lanka, Australia and India.

She is currently a Director in Western Sydney Local Health Board and Sydwest Multicultural services , Rivelink and  Participate Australia . She was the first female chairperson to head Syd west Multicultural Services. She specialises is Ethics and Governance.

She is also in the Advisory Member Justice Department NSW, Cumberland Council and many other organisations. A Fellow of Asian Institute of Dispute Resolution, Indian Council for Arbitration, Governance Institute of Australia.

She has been teaching at tertiary level, media, leadership and law  in many universities in India , Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Australia . Currently a visiting faculty for University of Malaya and few academic institutes in India .

With her media experience over three decades, Chandrika has authored more than seventy books in Tamil and English on various topics not limited to religion, philosophy, media, law and leadership .
